Application Specialist, Romania

Must be a Russian speaker.

The successful Applications Specialists is responsible for capturing customer needs relating to training and/or product performance and should communicate openly and effectively with Product and Project management Teams.

This is a remote based role with the company offices based in Bucharest.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide market-leading training to customers and colleagues across Romania.
• Provide professional assistance and support to Marketing & Sales and R&D, as well as international colleagues.
• Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction.
• Follow contractual obligations.
• Actively contribute to Service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
• Actively manage customer evaluation and assessments to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction.
• Working knowledge of medical (ideally radiotherapy) hardware and software products and proficiency in assigned product specialties.
• Strong clinical background in Radiotherapy and working knowledge of clinical workflow.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 70% of the time.

Job Requirements:

• Medical Physicist’s or related degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Computer Science/Medical/Software Application’s.
• Experience with the following: Microsoft Office, Citrix and CLM systems.
• Fluent in Romanian and good level of Russian and English.
