Business Development Director

As the Business Development Director, you are responsible for expanding and building relationships with key accounts in the area such as national wide population genomics, precision medicine initiative, and any important third parties that want to enter the genomic market. You will represent the entire range of company products to assigned customers, while leading the whole sales process, sales representatives and field-based applications. You will report to the COO and liaise with leaders across the organization in APAC, EMEA.
You will drive new business in microbiology and single cell fields through the identification and development of new accounts. Demonstrate leadership and decision-making competencies in adjusting strategy to account for local factors or market shifts. Be responsible for the whole nation’s growth within the market.
Build and execute strategic account planning that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
